Here we have a delightful old hand made crib cover dating to the early part of last century. It is 56″ high x 34″ wide and features two lovely realistic bears very reminiscent of the early Steiff bears. It is generally in nice clean, sweet smelling and undamaged condition. However, there is a noticeable stain above and between the lilac and green balloons, and a couple of lighter smudges above and left of this. I haven’t tried removing them but they may well come out with a little skilled dabbing. I have used it as a wall hanging for the past six years so it does have a tiny drawing pin hole in each corner. It displays beautifully with an old bear collection.
