Lovely 1950’s Chad Valley teddy bear in a pale gold mohair, with the Royal Warrant label on his foot.
Teddy is 5 way jointed and all joints work well.
He has his original amber glass eyes, and stitched coal shaped nose.
He has velveteen pads which are all intact but worn.
He still has his growler which works when you tip him right forwards, and then backwards.
He has a wood wool filled head and kapok filled elsewhere.
The mohair is in good clean condition, and he has a good mohair coverage…I would say about 96% +, as there is a little loss to the backs of his ears, and minor thinning in a few small areas. There are no holes.
Teddy has no nasty odours, and he comes from a non smoking home.
