Here we have four sweet old bears dating to the 1950s, 60s and 70s. Two are mohair, a 10″ panda, with glass eyes, a Chad Valley-type coal shaped nose a sweet little tail, about 80% mohair coverage and no damage, and a 14″ blind bear with 50% coverage and damaged pads. The pink and cream bear is 13″ tall and made from synthetic plush and has glass eyes, a handstitched nose and mouth and also has a tail, possibly by Chiltern. He has a lovely jingling chime mechanism so that when you tip him he makes a lovely tingaling sound.He could do with a gentle clean although he smells sweet and fresh.The fourth bear is by Chad Valley, with a Chad Valley Chiltern label. He is 10″ tall with a little post bag and is called Teddy Postman and comes with his original post box tin which is also a money box with a slot and it is in very good condition. All bears are fresh and clean smelling and would make a lovely addition to any bear collection.
