I can’t tell you much about this boy, I brought him at a Bear Fare many years ago, I liked him because he was different . I think his coat is what they call Art Silk , I am not entirely sure , its quite long & dense ,he has patches of hair loss , mostly his arms , maybe being carried around by his arm ?The inside of his ears and his nose are like a gold velvet , his pads & paws are good , think its calico cotton ? done professionally , just one tiny place ,you can see in picture , a couple of stitches will right it . His joints on arms & legs are stiff but he is able to bend legs for sitting & he poses nicely in his sailors shirt & hat, the clothes will be washed before he travels. He has a hand made medal round his neck , with his name & when he came to stay.
My bears are treated regularly with moth repellent & my home is smoke & pet free. Have you room for Sailor in your bear hug? Please look at my other items, I am reducing the amount of bears I have, getting my life in order as I get older, so quite a few different types going on over couple days.
