He comes with his friend , I didnt have the heart to separate them

I am no expert on bears only that he is so endearing.
He has wear in places and a tiny weeny leak at the back of his neck but Im not sure what to to with it.
He does have a hump on his back.
I believe his knitted sailor top to be original to him.
He measures 18 1/2 inches from the top of hid ear to his feet.
