Lovely amusing German mohair teddy bear, made by Steiner GmbH, artist Antje Zahl,
as all of the Steiner bears, of Limited Edition, sadly his swing tag is lost, so name and number unknown,
but still complete with his woven label and Steiner button to the chest.
Bear is made of short pile gold mohair,
stuffed with polyester filling throughout the body and head, pellets in tummy and feet,
fully jointed,
original orange and black glass eyes,
pronounced clipped muzzle,
vertically stitched nose,
inverted Y shape mouth stitching,
red thread stitched tongue,
original reversed mohair pads in very good condition,
no claws stitching.
Wears original brown velvet type fabric coat with long ‘fur’ trimmings.
Approx. 12” (31 cm) tall.
Condition – item is in very good original pre-owned condition complete with woven label and chest button.
