Rare German Antique Yellow mohair Growler, open mouth teddy bear.. Condition is “Used”.
The Teddy is in good condition for his age, all original. His Growler works, he has jointed limbs and head swivels. He may need a a soft brush up. His pads are felt with original chord claws. His stuffing sounds like wood wool, and still very hard. He is Humpt back
His mouth is open with a small tongue. It is made of good red felt.
His eyes are glass I think.
I bought him from a lovely German lady who had him a while.
I do not know his make, he could be any of the German bear manufacturers.
He is 18 long from tip of ear to sole. He has a loose ear, that need secured with original thread, thread is loose.
He is a charmer. He wears a hand knitted German outfit. It came with him.
