Merrythought – The boss
23 inches high, thought to be the oldest – born around 1930/40’s I believe, so I’ve seen the lot! Often referred to as ‘Cinnamon’ but unknown if this is my original moniker (name). I’m in bad shape and only got one eye (held in with tape but repairable). I’m a pretty bare bear, I am fully jointed and used to be ‘hygienic’ and born in England, according to my label!
Elaine A. Edwards – second in command
I have some fur and fully jointed, known as ‘Edwards’ thought to be fairly rare and a member of the Elaine A. Edwards crew, I’m 16 inches high and apparently an antique. I am very solid and got all my 4 pads, only got one eye so I look out for the other side for the gang, while the boss uses his other (one) eye.
Ty – The Apprentice
I’m known as ‘fluffy’, because I’m… well, fluffy. I have a tartan ribbon around my neck, both eyes and youngest of the team, I’m the look out and fittest. Born 1990. I’ve got no battle scars or bald patches. I am the cuddliest, but don’t tell the others. I could go into active cuddling duty if needs be.
Lena Lioness
I am supposed to be the brave one but I am timid, I have only one eye and lie down a lot. I’m from ‘Jungle toys’ as my neck label says and have a few bald patches. The end of my tail is a bit chewed up from a run in with another gang. Nothing a little TLC and cotton won’t fix.
So, that’s the gang. Buy us as soon as possible to find a new home. We are quite dusty and stuck in this box, although warm and comfy we need to go to a home that understands us and will patch us up again. Apparently we are antiques / collectable so worth the ransom money. For our mug shots in the box main photo …

We will be posted 2nd class (typical!) in a warm safe box. Collection may be possible but payment must be paid once the ransom price is agreed, get your people to talk to our people ASAP. We are a bunch of very old, very well loved bears and a lioness and need careful handling. We cannot be thrown around like them new fangled bears (what’s with the bears you stuff yourself?! yuk). No returns, given the state of us. Thanks for looking.
