A French teddy bear, probably dating to the late 40’s or early 50’s. He is a typical French bear, with mohair pads and different colour mohair lining his ears. He is 16.5 inches tall and fully jointed. He has a good amount of mohair coverage, other than a bad patch on his back. The mohair on his pads is also quite worn. there is a hole on one of the seams, in rather an embarrassing place! Teddy comes wearing his antique smock, and with his old ribbon. Hie eyes are made of glass and are original.
