Dear Old Freddy – someone must have loved him very much – they took the time and trouble to embroider his name!
Freddy is a large vintage bear, best guess 1940’s, measuring nearly 29″ from the tips of his ears to the tips of his toes. Pawpads all replaced a long time ago. Original black and topaz glass eyes. Thinning of fur, three tiny holes on body and back has been resown a long time ago.
Saying all that, Freddy is a real old character, with a wistful expression. Will come to you with his original (very moth eaten old school scarf) and embroidered label. Sorry, Freddy refuses to part with scarf!
