This is a really attractive vinyl limited edition doll made by the well respected doll artist FayZah Spanos, who is of Greek origin but now works from the USA.This particular doll is called Jaques – he is number 600 of a worldwide limited edition of only 2,500, was made in 1992 and comes complete with his official authenticity certificate.Jaques measures 26 inches, 16 inches when seated.He has a blonde hair and striking blue eyes and is dressed in what i believe is a sailor suit.The head and limbs are vinyl and he has a bean filled body.Overall Jaques is a wonderful character doll and would make a super addition to any doll collection or alternatively would complement a collection of Teddy Bears as a charming companion.You can buy with confidence on this very attractive collectable doll.The small Steiff bear is for sale in another of my listing thank you
