Collection of antique toys animals.
These two bears Bertie, Bob and their friend Percy the elephant have been in the family for many years. I am now having a clear out and want them to find a new home.
I was told by a friend that the bears could be made by a famous toy maker as they are beautiful hand made pieces but I know nothing about them. Bob is a bit of a mystery but by looking at his nose with leather downwards stitches he is very old. Please see photos for condition they are in need of restoration and are sold as seen.
Bob is 44cm, 17.5″ tall, light golden fur, antique straw hat, leather nose, velvet paws, piercing glass eyes, Bob has lovely original moving joints/working arms and legs, he has a cord button in his back where I’m guessing he used to talk.
Bertie is 36cm, 14″ tall, darker golden brown fur, stitched nose, leather paws, glass eyes
Percy the elephant, 31cm, 12″ tall, clear glass eyes, made from hand woven linen and wool fabric, very old with lots of hand repairs.
They are being sold as a group who are looking for a good homes.
