Vintage cute clockwork wind up gnome.Made in western Germany labelled. His neck joint has broken but not obvious as clothes cover. He needs holding when would do up because he looses balance. His wind up makes his arms move. There are bald patches to the back of his brown felt hat. Also his jacket has had stitching repair and there is a mark. Please see pictures to show condition< he has mounted to a base it would help when wound up.
