Postage and Packaging
Collection only items: where an item is listed as ‘collection only’ it is due to its size and weight not being able to be accurately measured or it is cost prohibitive or not covered for damage by couriers.
Collection can be made from St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood.
Please do not turn up un-announced – we are a hospice

If you would like to use your own courier please contact us and we can help with directions etc. Courier collections are made at the buyers own risk.
Posted Items: We usually use Royal Mail for smaller parcels (under 2 KG) and a courier for larger ones.
We are more than happy to change postage to an expedited service should you need it please message us for any requests.
International items: We often use the eBay Global Shipping program (GSP.
If you would like an item to be posted to you and you are not based in the UK, and don’t want to use the GSP please message us with your address and if you would prefer a method of shipping and we can assist in posting the items to you.
We only use tracked postage outside the UK
Please note that some countries have restrictions and extra taxes and fees that we cannot be responsible for.

We will combine postage where more than one item is purchased- please message us before paying so that we can re-invoice you.

Items will be carefully wrapped and packed for shipping. We also try to recycle packaging as much as possible.
