Here we have a very adorable 1950s Chiltern Pekingese. He’s 12 inches long by 8 inches tall with golden mohair, due to safety regulations brought in in the late 1950s all bear makers were forced to use plastic eyes and many cases noses please note originally I think he would of had a plastic nose but this has been hand stitched back on in a quality wool. Overall a really nice example of a Pekingese with a very lovely face and in good condition considering hes approximately 70 years old.
