stunning baby boys vintage smocked romper made by eltain in i beleive around the1940s 1950s its pale blue and white with smocking to the front ,its in lovely cond id say 6/12 months although theres no size in it its 17 inches long and 10 inches underarm to underarm at front would be great on an old bear or doll,, ive found with these old rompers sometimes the sleeve needs to be altereded if you have a chubby bear
