Antique/Vintage 18inch schuco teddy bear circa 1950s
Welcome to my auction!!I specialise in original vintage bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!
I particularly specialise in Steiff, Chiltern and musical bears but I also have other bears when I find examples of the required quality.
Any bears listed for sale will clearly state if any restoration has been done in the description.

Layaway is available on all my bearsWhat is Layaway?!!!Layaway is a system that I offer to buyers which can enable you to buy your bear over an agreed period of time (for example weekly or monthly payments).
Payments can be as little as £20 per week depending on the value of the bear.
You will appreciate that each purchase will be different, therefore we will need to tailor the layaway agreements individually, there are no hard and fast rules, so please contact me PRIOR to purchasing if you wish to use layaway so that we can agree a payment plan for you.
Schuco BEAR Here is a lovely example of a 1950s German schuco bear and is for sale in excellent condition for his age he is 18 inches tall and a very chunky bear
teddy is an exceptionally handsome bear and is in good clean condition throughout – please see photos to evaluate.
he comes from a pet free, smoke free home, This is a great opportunity to acquire such a unusual bear in great condition.
teddy is made from a blonde mohair and has 99% coverage .
he is fully jointed – all joints are in good working order and he is 100% straw filled.
ted has his original glass eyes and original embroidered nose.
His paw and foot pads are all original an in great condition ted is wearing a ribbon collar which of course is removable if it is not to your liking.
