Vintage adorable teddy bear.Here is what I believe to be a Chiltern bear. He has such and endearing face – a real character. Black and brown glass eyes and hand stitched nose and mouth. His head is solid stuffed. His arms at the tops are stuffed with wood wool. The ends of his arms are kapok stuffed, this can be seen on his left paw where the rexine pads are. His arms and legs are jointed. His head is fixed.He has been well loved and cuddled in his long life as he is missing a lot of his mohair.I would class him as being in a playworn condition with areas that have worn/come unstitched and an inoperable squeaker.He is approx. 16 inches tall.Please study photos as they form part of the description.
