Lovely old homeless jointed teddy bear I think it’s stuff with horse hair it’s quite crunchy! But I’m not an expert!!! He has all his features and has no damage but he is old and has wear to his little leather paws and feet, he is obviously baulding (see pictures) stands 15inchs tall,just such a nice example it has no tags.
Please be aware you are buying a vintage item!
