‘Alfie’ is an adorable cuddly 1940/50’s English teddy bear from my own collection. I have no idea who made him although he closely resembles Farnell teddy bears from the same era and he certainly is well made with the most gorgeous coat of quality wool plush/mohair mix. He also has a good weight to him and is in all original condition with the exception of a missing label to his left foot. He is wearing his fun pink and white striped vintage top and bobble hat.

Original glass eyes on wires
Original embroidered nose and mouth stitching
Original cloth paw and footpads a little stained with age and with a few darned areas to the paw pads
Head is firmly filled with wood wool
Body and limbs filled with kapok
Growler works intermittently when tipped forwards
Excellent coverage of wool plush/mohair mix

‘Alfie’ is clean with no nasty smells and will be well packaged and sent as pictured within 3 working days of payment.
As ‘Alfie’ is now a collectors teddy bear he is no longer suitable for young children.
