This is “Mouser” a wonderful Antique Vintage Teddy Bear from my own collection and so named because of his huge ears!! He is of totally unknown origins and looks more like a mouse than a bear or he could even be mistaken for a koala bear. I believe he dates from the 1930/40s. He has wonderful characteristics aside from his ears, silky soft cinnamon brown mohair, small pronounced muzzle that is now a bit saggy, a hump that is also a bit saggy and red rexine/leatherette paw and foot pads. His nose has been kissed away and he has the sweetest expression on his face. He is wearing some old vintage baby pants and vest and a colourful handmade ruff and a bell. All in all he’s a wonderful unusual looking bear seeking a new home.

Filled entirely with wood wool
Original red rexine/leatherette paw and foot pads – a little worn with a few tiny holes
Cinnamon brown mohair – thinning and balding in places
Saggy in places where wood wool has shifted
