Teddy Bear – possibly made by Chiltern? – head separated from the body – clean but well loved.
This has been in the family for at least 65 years and I think it dates from about 1940. It has wood shavings in the body and many years ago a friend of mine pulled its head off. It has never been repaired and I don’t want to damage it by just gluing it on. It may have a ‘growler’ … feels like it, but it doesn’t work. It has a plastic nose and felt paws. The legs articulate.

It is 12″ (300mm) tall when the head is in place and all limbs flat.
