from 19.99Antique plush money toy, a charming collectable item with lots of character. Perfect for any antiques collector!This is a handmade plush toy, filled with straw. The monkey is wearing a red felt waistcoat and hat. The tail has wire in it to be placed into different shapes. No maker mark is on the item.Measures 15″ tall. In good antique condition, but as with the age there are some issues. There is a hole to the back of the waistcoat, and one of the ears has quite a few holes in it. The other ears also has a couple of holes. The hands and hat also appear to have some small parts of the surface missing. This may be from moths. The brown fur has worn away in places, showing the material underneath. The glass eyes have some orange tone marks on them, and the hat looks to have has a tassel on the top which only has a few strands left now. It is well worn, but still has some life left in it!
