Hello, my name is John and I am a very well loved, cherished and adored Teddy Bear.I believe that I was born around 1930, but I cannot be certain, and I think that I come from England, but again, I am not sure.
I am 11 inches tall, I have clear and black glass eyes and a hand stitched nose and mouth.
I weigh around 249 grams and because I have been so well loved I need some stitching to one of my ears, and some of my stitched claws are missing.I used to have a squeaker in my tummy but alas this no longer works.My fur is faded and rubbed and to be honest I could do with a bath, but since it is not my favourite thing I haven’t let my foster mummy do it!My head is not quite as tight to my body as it should be-you can see in the photos where I am poorly.
All of my limbs move and my head too.I think that I am filled with sawdust or wood wool because I make a slight scrunchy sound when squeezed, but I think I also have some kapok in me.Although I am being well looked after now I would love to belong to someone who will love me as much as I was before.Can you offer me a home?
