This utterly adorable small Vintage Teddy Bear dates I believe to around 1960 or thereabouts.
He stands approximately 22 cm high and weighs around 134 grams.
He is a smaller version of the Teddy that I was bought when I was one year old, so I particularly like his character.
All signs of wear are commensurate with age and use.
He is 5 way jointed and sits well unaided.
He is straw filled and has some rubbing to his fur.
His eyes are glass.
He has some claws which are pale brown in colour so they may not be original stitches.
His mouth and nose are hand stitched in black thread-this may or may not be original.
He has a good snout.
