What a marvellous example of antique French teddy bears this old boy is! I have suggested he is by Fadap, I could be wrong. Ted has retained virtually all of his top quality long golden mohair, his lovely and unusual original glass eyes – which are painted on their backs, his pronounced clipped muzzle, and an equally pronounced ‘hump’ to his back. Obviously, he has somehow managed to lose an ear! Otherwise, I consider his condition to be very good, but please take time to view all of the photographs as these will be the most helpful part of the item description, and please read my written condition report for more information.
Although this is a large antique teddy, luckily he is not especially heavy, so postage in the UK is 10, and will be charged at about 25 to any international destination. Overseas bidders please contact me for a precise quote to your region.
