“Adrian’s Teddy!” | Lovely Cond! Vintage Old Wendy Boston c1960’s Bear w/ label
This is Adrian’s Teddy. He is an English pram toy teddy bear made by Wendy Boston around the 1960’s. He measures 7inches tall (seated), is cuddly and in original condition retaining his Wendy Boston label.
He’s in lovely clean condition, retaining all original features, including the ribbon, and also has his own form of provenance in that he has a tag round his neck saying “Adrian’s Teddy (2) 1964”. I presume the tag was popped on by Mummy as we have other bears from the same family (awaiting listing) with his sisters name on the bears. It’s just so cute he was so looked after, and 60 years later is still lovely and clean.
This bear would make a lovely addition to any hug, especially for those who collect Wendy Boston or bears with a little history.
