Adorable Large Antique Chad Valey Early Button Long Nose Mohair Growler Teddy Bear 1930s.Quite Clean As Found Condition Teddy Is In A Well Loved Though Reasonable Good Condition And Has A Lovely Face.He Measures Approximately 26 Inches Tall And Has A Nice Sized Nose And Head With Lovely Large Ears.The Green Celluloid Button In His Right Ear Which Is Slightly Discoloured Dates From The 1930s And Reads ‘Chad Valley British Hygienic Toys’.His Nose Which Has The Black Stitching Redone Is 5cm Across The Bridge And Protrudes Out To 6.5cm.The Lovely Short Golden Mohair Fur Is Clean And Not Dirty Or Dusty And Is Worn In Places Around His Body Particularly To The Front As Can Be Seen And He Is Stuffed With Straw.His Body Is A Good Shape With Hump On His Back And Would Benefit From More Stuffing Whilst The Growler Which Is Still Inside Still Makes A Growl Albeit Limited.His Head Is A Nice Large Size And Is In Good Shape Though He Requires New Eyes And His Arms And Legs Which Measures 23cm And 26cm Respectively Have All Had Repairs To Them And Also Need More Stuffing.He Has A Lovely Expression On His Face With Great Character And He Is An Adorable Early Chad Valley Teddy Bear.He Is Looking For TLC And A New Home.See Photos.There Is No Reserve And A Low Start.Happy Bidding.Please Note :I Am No Expert In My Description So Please Email Any Queries.
