Star is a wonderful antique brown felt Steiff horse on metal wheels c1906 measuring 10″ long x 8.5″ high in lovely original condition with original leather harness and saddle. There is a small hole to his left ear where the button would have been. The leather saddle is stamped with the word STEIFF. There is one small hole above his left eye, tiny holes to the back of each leg and two areas of wear one to his left hind leg the other to the left side of his nose which is to be expected of a felt toy of this age. Star is stuffed with wood wool and is in very strong sturdy condition. It is rare to find these early pieces in such lovely condition.
