Hello, my name is Walter and I am a very well loved, cherished and adored little Teddy Bear.I believe that I was born around 1915 but I cannot be certain, and I think that I come from England, but again, I am not sure.I think that I may have belonged to a Soldier before, and that he may have carried me around in his top pocket where I used to peek out.
I am 4.5 inches tall, I have replacement sewn eyes and a hand sewn nose.
My mouth requires re-stitching.
I weigh around 19 grams and because I have been so well loved I need some TLC.
My arms and legs are held on with pins and they all have some movement.
The pins are sticking out of my legs and need some attention.
I have some green silk thread repair between my legs and some similar repair to one arm with black thread.You can see in the photos where I am poorly.I am filled with sawdust or wood wool because I make a lovely scrunchy sound when squeezed.My fur is well rubbed through all the cuddles that I have been lucky enough to receive.Although I am being well looked after now I would love to belong to someone who will love me as much as I was before.Can you offer me a home?
