I am an OAP Bear.
When I was new I was blue and gold.
I am filled with straw
I am fully jointed
I am a Growler bear but lost my voice now.
I was given to a 6 year old boy just after WW2
He called me Ted.
He tried to train me to be superman by tying a teatowel round my neck and launching me from the top of stairs.
Of course I crashed. But, i survived.
I have spent many years travelling and moving in boxes, cpuboards and suitcases and I,m still here.
I am begiining to lose my hair and one of my arm needs securing back on properly.
I have a lot of love to give to someone willing to take me on.
