Vintage Bear In Need of TLC
This little fella, variously known as Bear, The Bearor more often My Bear started lifewith me in the early 1960s and, of course, represents exactly how a bear shouldlook (in my eyes anyway).
Since then, he has been my brothers bear, my sistersbear and then (as if that werent enough), my sisters childrens bear.
Give the bear a break and offer him a comfortableretirement because, well, it seems somehow wrong to throw him in a skip afterall hes been through (and at 57 Ive been told to stop walking round with himunder my arm, especially at interviews)…
State? Well,you can see from the photos that hes been in the wars. Origin? Ive no idea, but I hope someone will recognisewhat remains of the label that was sewn onto his once faux leather pad.
