Meet Nutmeg and Goldie, two little bear friends who would like to stay together. Nutmeg is 11 1/2″ tall and he has orange/gold silk plush (artificial?) fur in quite good condition, with some areas of age-related wear on his face. I have another very similar bear who is from Eastern Europe, so guess that he could be the same. He has blue glass eyes (which I think are replacements) and original nose, mouth and claw stitching (one claw is loose). He has jointed arms and legs (the arms seemed to be linked in some way as when you move one, the other moves slightly too) but his head is fixed in position. He is firmly stuffed with something like wood wool or straw, as its crunchy. His paw pads are in a sort of pale peach/beige fabric. Goldie is a smaller (8″) bear with yellow gold fur (mohair?) He, too, has blue glass eyes (which also look like replacements) and a little black nose with the remains of his black mouth stitching. There are small areas of wear on his nose, the back of his leg and a small patch on his back. There’s a small brown mark on his right side and right arm. He has jointed arms and legs but his head is fixed in position. His paw pads are of a pink (slightly dusty) fabric. His head and legs are very solidly stuffed with something hard, but his arms and body are softer. Nutmeg and Goldie are two sweet friends who are looking for a new home together.
