Gorgeous vintage Steiff Lama / Llama with working squeaker in his tummy. Made from lush mohair, with velvet feet & muzzle He stands 28cm Tall.He retains his original Glass eyes and Fine Script Steiff Button in his ear, complete with yellow stock tag (1328.0) which can accurately date his production for one year only between 1957-1958 (please see photo taken from The Steiff Sortiment)
Unfortunately his Original Chest Tag has become detached, but this will be included with him & perhaps his new owner can reattach it. This listing is for the Larger 28cm Llama only, the smaller Llama is listed in a separate auction. Just wanted to show how cute they look standing together as a pair.
