Vintage Old Teddy Bear very cute little chap but needs a new home and some TLC as tatty and old missing his eyes and has a few holes seems to be straw filled as can see straw from where the eye was, also he has a crunchy feel to him. There is also something hard in belly area it think may have been squeaker
