STEIFF vintage 28 inch XXLarge Steiff Teddy Bear with button 1950S
Welcome to my auction!! I specialise in original vintage bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!
I particularly specialise in Steiff, Chiltern and musical bears but I also have other bears when I find examples of the required quality.

This stunning 1950s German made Steiff Teddy Bear is for sale with his original Steiff button and tag he is in excellent condition for his age being around 69 years old. The first picture is with a 18 inch steiff bear to show you the difference in size
Teddy is looking for a new family to love him now that he has lost his original owner He has lived in German till now His previous owner has owned him from new.
He is an exceptionally handsome bear with the longer muzzle of the older steiff bears, and is in excellent clean condition throughout.
He comes from a smoke free home
He is made from a really nice, mohair, in a lovely light gold blonde
He has great coverage for his age please see pictures
He is fully jointed – all his joints are in good working order – there are no loose ones so he sits perfectly
there are no rips or tears to the body fabric. He is 100% straw filled
He has the most handsome face, with his original Steiff glass eyes and embroidered nose.
Teddy’s paw and foot pads are all in good condition he has big feet with boards inside
Ted does still have his silver steiff button and is sold guaranteed to be 100% Steiff
He will be sent out by on a next day delivery.
I will send abroad but he is a big bear so postage will reflect this , but the chance to own this Wonderfull bear dose not come up very often at all x
