I AM NO EXPERT BUT I’D GUESS HES EARLY 20TH CENTURY. HE LOOKS WELL LOVED AND IS FILLED WITH WOOD WOOL AND HAS JOINTED ARMS AMD LEGS. THEY SEEM TO BE JOINTED WITH CIRCULAR WOODEN DISCS.
HE HAS BEEN THROUGH THE WARS A BIT AND IS SUFFERING FROM A SPOT OF ALOPECIA, BUT I THINK THIS ADDS TO HIS CHARM.
