Very rare Schuco Tricky ‘Yes No’ bear with working mechanism but in desperate need of TLC!

Bought this chap knowing he needed some restoration, but he’s a bit too far past my capabilities so I’m going to let him go to a new home. I have temporarily recovered/patched his paw and feet pads, see the pics, especially the last one…. ;-)
The goods bits – his mechanism still works! Although even there, he is unfortunately better at shaking his head than nodding it (to nod his head you have to help him….) He has his original and very beautiful glass eyes too.
The bad bits – lots of mohair loss, and a lot of stains to arms, head, front, etc, he has lost one of his cardboard foot inserts. Seems to have a growler but it only intermittently works. Material has come off tail operating mechanism, and his disc joints have worn through and damaged the fabric of him on the top of his left leg, and on the body of his left side where his arm is attached (again, see the pics) I think a good restorer could reinforce these areas….? There is a little thinning of the backing material in one or two other places as well.
He is 17″ tall measured when standing, and despite all of the above, he has a very VERY sweet face, and an appealing overall disposition, with his typical Schuco down turned paws he’s a little like a begging puppy and just as cute!
