Pedigree bear with bells in ears and a growler device that makes a noise only when you shake the bear or tip it back and fourth.
The fur is I believe mo-hair and gold in colour.
It is very compact as bears go, not sof and spongy like modern bears, probably has kapok filling.
NOTE: this bear has no identifying labels or tags but a two hour internet search turned up multple identical bears that were all Pedigree Bears with ear bells and growlers. So I’m going with it being a Pedigree Bear,
Generally in good condition. Paws; some thinning of fur around paws. Back of head; two small patches. Few areas of thinning over body. Bells in ears still jingle loudly and it growls by shaking.

Pedigree Soft Toys Ltd. was a subsidiary company of the biggest toy company in the world in the 1930 till 1950: Lines Brothers Ltd. Originally, Pedigree began production in 1937 making movable toys till the 1950s.
Typical Pedigree characteristics are a vertical middle seam across the head and second seam over the top of the head, where the ears were sown in. Furthermore, the bears have a classic, round head with a not really striking snout. Another model had a triangle shaped segment at the front of the head to make the snout more pronounced.I am quite happy to take reasonable offers on this item
