A dear old ted in need of help – he would benefit from restoration – but could just be left to sit comfortably in an armchair – he just needs a loving home and somewhere to lay his head. He is just over 18 inches tall and would have been fully jointed but his head is now in a fixed position. He is largely kapok stuffed with woodwool to his muzzle and he is quite slouchy – I like this look – but a new owner might want to add more stuffing. He has a non-working squeaker. His pads are all original and intact – they show some wear – and he has a tear to his face which I have pictured – beneath this is kapok rather than straw which would make it easier to rectify. All of this makes ted sound a lot sadder than her really is – I think he could be quite a handsome old chap with a bit of restoration – and he will come in his cardi which cheers him no end. Can you give this bear the home he deserves??
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
