A stunning, and very handsome original Chiltern Hugmee bear in near minty condition. Nicknamed Cuddly Dudley, he was made with a shaved muzzle and stands 46 cms (18″) tall on flat-footed, card-lined feet. Stuffed with kapok (head woodwool), Cuddly Dudley has large amber glass eyes, and hand-embroidered features. His pads are velvet, and just one paw shows a little wear to the nap. All his claws are intact, and his joints work fine. This desirable old character has an excellent covering of thick gold mohair, and is wearing his cotton velvet waistcoat, with a Scottish Buchanan tartan wool dicky bow. Thanks for looking.
