Antique Vintage Toy Teddy Bear on Bike Glass Eyes Collectors Item TLC Project

A fabulous bear on his bike. Possibly a restoration project or simple kept “as is” as an addition to any collection. Its amazing that he has survived so long.
He is in blue/grey (possibly mohair) fur and sits on his bike. I’m unsure if he was pale blue all over and has faded or was part grey/blue. He is grubby as he has been laid in an attic for decades. The front wheel goes round but the back ones don’t – there is some rusting on the bike frame. Looks like the original string for pulling him along.
The fabric is shedding in so much as there is “dust” fibres when you handle him so guess this needs stabilising.
