I am offering an Antique KNICKERBOCKER Teddy Bear dating to the 1930’s,with the original METAL NOSE.
This adorable Teddy Bear is made from long Brown Mohair and is very good condition overall. He has a very small area of thinning on the back of his head, and a small area of mohair loss to the back of his left leg. He retains approx 90% of his mohair overall.
He has black and amber glass eyes and a black stitched mouth, along with his Black METAL NOSE.
Teddy has wonderful, large cupped ears, very characteristic of KNICKERBOCKER Bears of this period.
This lovely KNICKERBOCKER Teddy Bear is fully jointed at his head, arms and legs.
He is firmly filled throughout.
Original velveteen paw and foot pads with some age related wear.
He measures 15 inches tall.
