Arthur is an absolutely wonderful old Chiltern dating to the 30’s/40’s – he is in the harder to find smaller size – just 9 inches tall and fully jointed. He is a mix of woodwool and kapok stuffed with a non-working squeaker and he still has a good covering of mohair – there are some sparser areas but I would estimate he is at least 70% covered – he is clean and fresh. Arthur is all original with the exception of one eye which is an old replacement – his pads are the original velvet and in lovely condition – the feet are card lined dating him as an earlier bear. Arthur will come wearing his vintage outfit as pictured – it looks lovely on him. He is an adorable old bear & it’s hard to imagine anyone not loving him – he is now looking for a loving home xxxxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
