Please note none of these toys have labels and any info below is obtained from looking at these toys and reading about teddies. I am not an expert and I’m selling them on behalf of a charity shop where I work.
They are a lovely little group and were donated by the same person so I am selling them together!
The teddy is jointed and made from mohair and stuffed with what I believe to be kapok. His head is possibly stuffed with straw. He has a growler but unfortunately it’s not working. I think he may have been made between ww1 and ww2. He measures approx 16.5 inches. As you can see from the photos he has been very loved and at some point has had an eye replacement and they aren’t the same size! His hands are quite badly in need of repair too.
Peter rabbit measures 15.5 inches from the tip of his ears to his bottom. He has a plastic nose and eyes and has lost his whiskers.I think he is possibly early to mid 50s?
The poodle is made of sheepskin and measures approx 9 inches. He has plastic eyes which would date him about mid 50s I think. He is holding a plastic ball. When he is wound up he plays a tune and his head moves.
One of his ears needs some stitches.
Please look at photos closely as they are part of description
