This listing is for what I believe to be a 1950’s open mouthed teddy bear with mechanism at the back of his head to open and shut his mouth but I would imagine not as good as it should. Inside his mouth the lining does have holes. You can only see if you look into the mouth. Overall the bear is in good condition with the odd bare patch here and there as you would expect of a bear of this age. His pads are original and in good order. All five jointed move well. Within his neck I can see red material. As I cannot get to it, I cannot see whether it is a repair or part of the original lining of the neck. He is approx 18″ tall.
