This is my late mothers bear, and dates from the 1930’s. However I’m uncertain if this my have been her Dad’s which makes him older than 1937.
Bear is 28″ tall, his head is 7″ high.
He is a jointed bear, and some of his tummy fur has been loved away, and there is a repair to his upper chest – photo #7
Please look carefully at the photograph of his hands/paws, these need repair. The original filling has been retained within the stocking, and the stitching for his fingers/paws is still there, but the stuffing is leaking out – photo #8
I’ve also shown in photo #9, and photo #10 that his feet/paws are in better condition.
